Plans & limits

Every feature is on every plan. The free plan runs the same comment-to-DM automation, the same shared inbox and the same tables the biggest plan does — nothing is locked behind a higher tier. What a plan buys is scale: how many people your automations talk to, how many automations you run, and how many replies the AI drafts for you.

There are four meters, and you can watch all four climb under Settings → Business → Plan:

• People a month. Someone your automations talk to, counted once however many messages you exchange, and once across every automation. Somebody already counted this month always goes through — a conversation is never cut off halfway.
• Message automations. Flows and comment automations together, because a shop does not experience two separate allowances.
• AI drafts a month. Counted per draft the AI actually writes. This is the one limit that stops rather than bends, because each draft is paid for.
• Team members. Everyone in the workspace, including invitations that have been sent but not accepted.

When you reach one, BaseBlock says which plan you are on, what the limit is and what the next plan gives you — it never fails silently. Nothing is ever deleted for going over, and switching plans takes effect immediately.

You do not have to wait to find out. BaseBlock tells you once when a meter reaches 80% and once when it is full — never more than that, because a warning that arrives every morning is one nobody reads. Each says what will actually stop: running out of seats is not an outage, running out of people-a-month is, and even then anyone already in a conversation with you is never cut off part-way.

The free plan is a plan, not a trial: one person, three automations and a hundred people a month, for as long as you like. New workspaces start on a free trial with the Business allowances so you can see the whole product first.

Paying

Under Settings → Business → Plan, pick a plan and pay with eSewa or Khalti. Billing is monthly in rupees — you are never asked for a year up front — and a yearly payment costs ten months instead of twelve. Every payment you have made is listed on the same card.

• Paying early adds time. If you renew a week before you need to, that week is added rather than thrown away.
• A plan that ends has a week of grace before the free limits apply, so a missed payment on a Friday does not cap you on Saturday.
• Nothing is ever deleted for going back to Free. Your people, your automations and your data all stay exactly as they are — you simply cannot add more until you pay again.
• Only the workspace owner can change the plan.
