What does “People / mo” mean for my shop?
One person counts once in a billing month, however many messages you exchange and however many channels they reach you on — a comment, a DM and an email from the same customer is one, not three. Only people your automations or inbox actually talk to are counted; a comment nobody replies to is not.

It is the one limit that can be fine for six months and then stop you, which is exactly why it is drawn here rather than footnoted.
