Autopilot replies
The answers that need nobody: order status, payment links, closing hours.
The questions you answer fifty times a week, answered from your own records — so a customer messaging at 11pm gets a real answer instead of silence. Each one is off until you switch it on, under Settings → Automation and the channel cards.
- After hours. "We're closed, back at 9am" — using your real opening hours in Nepal time, including split shifts and slots that run past midnight.
- "Where is my order?" Answered from the actual order. It asks for an order number and a phone number already on that order — the same identity bar as the public tracking page — and gives an identical "not found" for every failure, so chat cannot be used to fish for other people's orders.
- Payment links in chat. A link for the exact amount still owed. Paying a link for an existing order settles it without touching stock a second time.
- Dispatch notices. A message when the parcel is handed to the courier. BaseBlock notifies on dispatch rather than delivery because dispatch is the one delivery event it can actually prove — neither NCM nor Pathao exposes a status endpoint.
- Escalation. A nudge to your phone if nobody has opened a message for a while. Time-based, and it skips threads you have snoozed.
- Review requests. A message asking for a review, timed from dispatch, sent over your own SMS or email account.
- AI reply drafts. See below.
A reply only goes out when the flow can prove its answer from your data. If it cannot, it says nothing and leaves the message for a person — an automatic reply quoting a price you never set is worse than no reply at all.
AI reply drafts
With your own Anthropic key added under Settings → Automation, BaseBlock can draft a reply for a message none of the flows above could answer. It drafts only and never sends — the draft waits in the Inbox for you to read, edit and send. It runs last, behind every flow that can prove its answer, and it is grounded on your own catalogue rather than general knowledge. A gated wholesale catalogue is withheld from it. Your account is billed by Anthropic directly; BaseBlock does not supply the key.
